Human Trafficking in Nigeria and the call for Global war against it.

Human Trafficking in Nigeria and the call for Global war against it.

Human Trafficking and the call for Global war against it.

Human Trafficking is now the major source of both Human capital and Human Resources of illegal businesses of the world.

As the world grows bigger, so does the global aspect controlled by Human Trafficking grows bigger too.

The truth is that Human Trafficking does not perpetrate itself.

Human Trafficking is just a mask while mean men are behind it.

Human Trafficking of today is an evolution of many of its ugly faces of yesterday which include:

  • Colonialism and
  • Slavery

In those old times, Human Trafficking took the advantage of the depth of Colonialism and Slavery in the society to thrive.

It was also a time when Human Trafficking, though it appears to be a separate venture that runs parallel to the Colonialism and Slavery of the day, was one actually and the same with both.

Today Colonialism is gone and likewise Slavery especially in the manner it was done in those days but today’s Human Trafficking bears the characteristics of both.

This is what makes the current Human Trafficking a dangerous and deadly tool in the hands of the perpetrators.

At this point, a definition of Human Trafficking is needed.

Human Trafficking

Human Trafficking:

Human Trafficking is defined by the following:

  • Unlawful exchange of any human irrespective of the sex involved for selfish purposes and for forced service.
  • This includes the incarceration of someone for sexual pleasures against his/her will
  • This also includes the incarceration of someone against his/her will for paid sex.
  • This also entails running a prostitute home in a country where prostitution is banned for money making.
  • The extraction of students from schools by organized arrangements for paid sex with politicians.
  • The running of a prostitutes home in Diaspora where women has to get their freedom by paying for the cost of all welfare and logistics spent in lifting them abroad
  • The running of baby making home where women are paid to get pregnant and deliver the baby to the baby making home after birth and goes.
  • The running of a kidnap home where kidnapped persons are kept for paid organ harvest session.
  • The running of Prison with starving strategy where organs of the inmates are harvested at death or near death to be transplanted to another.

In summary, human trafficking is illegal business of making money and benefiting from the plight of humans by taking advantages of their:

  • Strength,
  • Weakness,
  • Desires,
  • Dreams,
  • Health,
  • Sexuality/Sexual Freedom,
  • Needs,
  • Wants,
  • Vulnerabilities
  • Fears,
  • … andwhatever it may be but certainly their against their will, against the will of nature and against the will of the Law.

Before we go further, RTWI has this real life experience to share with you – the tales of Sophia.

Human Trafficking

Tales of Sophia

RTWI met Sophia in a financial institution.

Sophia is a slim, tall and fair girl who is currently 17 years of age.

Sophia First Whatsapp Chat

Sophia is an orphan who is also the first child of the family with many other siblings.

Because their parents are no more, the siblings of Sophia currently leave as house help in various homes.

Sophia is currently under the apprenticeship of a restaurant owner

Sophia shared her world a lady who now brought the case to us in the bid to help Sophia out.

The restaurant Sophia works in happens to be a cover for so many other activities that defines the above subject – Human Trafficking.

These activities include:

  • Paid Sex jobs ,
  • Gang things

Sophia Second Whatsapp Chat

First the woman wants her cover to remain intact and her secret to be her secret.

Due to this she entered into a spiritual covenant with Sophia.

She took Sophia to the house of a native Doctor where her pant that contains her bodily discharge was used for secret oath and rituals.

The demands of the oath are:

  • She dare not speak about her venture with her employer with anyone.
  • She dare not wear an expression that she is passing through ordeal
  • Should she break this agreement, she will run mad and eventually die.

RTWI does not know if this is a mere threat or a real oath with the potency of doing to Sophia its declarations.

On the above oaths, Sophia said that she felt something strong during the process…a possible proof that the oath was potent.

Sophia said that she became obsessed with the arrangement when the following started happening:

  • Application of make ups that changes her color to something permanent and disgusting.
  • Fix of some attachments that could harm her.
  • Having sex all through the night with at least six different men for a fee of N1,000.00 per sex which is exactly $2.80
  • Her pains meant nothing to her madam and as such she has to go through the same routine whether she is sick or not.
  • The entire money goes to her madam.
  • Right now, arrangement is in place for her to be sent to Dubai for prostitution at a fee of N1,250,000.00 which is $3,472

Sophia Third Whatsapp Chat

Sophia for the first time confided in a colleague and a friend who now made this report officially known to RTWI.

At first Sophia was very corporative with our efforts and plans to get her out of this slavery but gradually started backing off possibly due to fear of the oath.

RTWI cannot say if Sophia got into this because it is what she wanted or because she is pressured.

This is because our discussion with Sophia has not gotten up to that level before she started declining.

Sophia Fourth Whatsapp Chat

We hope to re-contact her on this but mean while, please find attached her phone number.

You can equally help talk her out of her fear.

Below is her personal WhatsAppchat with the colleague of mine to further prove what we are saying.

This is one of the many different forms of Human Trafficking going on universally at this very moment.

The above story contains answers to different inquiries often made on the topic Human Trafficking.

The following frequently asked questions will help internalize this topic:

FAQ 2:

What are the three types of human trafficking?

From various real life events, and according to U.S Department of State, the answer to the question what are the three types of human trafficking? are:

  • Involuntary Servitude / Forced Labor
  • Sex Trafficking
  • Debt Bondage

Involuntary Servitude:

This is also called Forced Labor.

This is often the case in situations where one is tricked into a deceitful pursuit of greener pasture far away from home.

For instance, many women are tricked into traveling to countries like Dubai, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Europe and even African countries.

On getting there the terms and conditions of the travel will change before them and they cannot control the dynamics anymore because they are now helpless.

Their international passport and all their travel documents will be seized too.

Limited access and freedom to navigate the city will be availed to them.

The only way out for a considerate master is that they must pay the cost of sending them abroad and some additions as profit.

Some will remain in this bondage for ever becoming an everlasting money making machine for their masters.

Sex Trafficking:

Trending now in Americas, Asia, Africa, Europe and the entire globe is the emergence of party house, clubs, cartels, brothels, and the likes.

Pleasures, orgies and erotic desires are sold and settled here.

Sex in its complete, raw, crude and undiluted form is equally sold here.

For this to work, men and women are imported from all part of the globe to make these party houses, clubs, cartels, brothels, and the likes functional with fun.

Their sources of human capital are:

  • Voluntary submission to such work for those that see it as a means of employment. In this case they are paid for this.
  • Kidnaps
  • Child trafficking especially girls under 18years of age.

These men and women end up doing this always and in their entire life till either death comes or their salvation comes.

Debt Bondage:

Debt Bondage literally means when once substitutes service for money owed.

In this case the person works and the wage for the work is subtracted from the amount owed.

The repayment can be:

  • Subtraction of the amount owed fromthe entire wage paid which means that the debtor will go without any money from the work.
  • Partial or part subtraction of the amount owed from wage paid which means that the debtor will half, partial or part of the wage.

Whichever way the debtor’s work is more like a punishment.

This is similar to force Labor too where one is tricked into a deceitful pursuit of greener pasture far away from home.

For such person anything goes provided it gives them money even human trafficking.

These are the persons suffering from chronic mental disorder with abnormal or violent social behavior.

In their mental state they can rarely have balanced understanding of the plight and pains of human.

They view issues to their understanding and when they become violent, they can use the plight of a fellow human being as an amusement thing.

These persons are very mean and dangerous with human trafficking since they see pain inflicted on others as an easy game.

They lack remorse and guilt.

They lack empathy too.

Sociopaths; Psychopaths

Sociopaths:

This is also known as anti-social Personality Disorder.

This is a mental sickness that makes the diagnosed person to be disregarding other persons.

WE ARE RESPECT THE WOMAN INITIATIVES – HELP US TO HELP WOMEN

Greetings from the executive desk of Respect the Woman Initiatives.

Over the years we have heard about case of gender contentions around the globe.

Most times women are abused all over the world and few of such cases are addressed.

These abuses include:

  • Domestic Violence,
  • Rape cases
  • Sexual Assaults,
  • Sexual Harassment
  • Gender Inequalities
  • The Neglect of the Girl Child in homes and the society.
  • Pains of the widows,
  • And many other we are going to announce in the near future.

Most at times women don’t get the clear verdict they deserve.

Now some have decided to shun formal justice by dealing with these issues as they deemed fit.

This includes various cases of retaliatory domestic violence from women to men.  This formed the basis for the worries of Respect the Woman Initiatives.

To that effect we (Respect The Woman Initiatives – RTWI) are here to tell women that they can find a reasonable help in us.

This include various domestic challenges ranging from counseling and litigation issues as the case may be. We first promote counseling because we so much believe in family.

Peace of the family is very important to us and we believe that through counseling, the cause of domestic violence can be addressed.

When it is obvious that counseling will not work, when there is obvious case of endangerment to life, we will advise as the case requires.

For cases of rapes and obvious abuses of which the female gender involved does not have a lawyer or fees to pay for such litigation issues, Respect the Woman Initiatives will assist to the best of our ability.

Respect the Woman Initiatives also blog with the time table below on these other issues listed below for the empowerment of women, their education and development.

Please before we close this introduction kindly remember the following:

  • If you are a father, then you have a wife who is a woman/mother. She deserves respect.
  • If you are a father then you have a daughter who is a woman and a future mother; she too deserves respect.
  • If you are a son (brother), I guess you too have a sister who is a woman, a future mother and a future potential and she demands respect.
  • If they are not respected by you from within, then who will respect them outside?
  • If your wife, your daughter and your sister becomes the president of Nigeria, won’t it elevate you too?

This is not a gender war between the male and the female. It is simply a standing that the position of women in our world is sure, firm and incontestable without which the world will lack the balance it needs to heal from its many wounds. Respect the Woman Initiatives is for build up and not for destruction.

Respect the Woman Initiatives is not trying to create a world without men because such a world will not benefit women. The relationship between man and woman is mutual and symbiotic. Both gender need each other to survive.
